Good morning everyone! Today, the team from Fubo EVA Foam Manufacturer arrived early at the company, and I’ve been working on website operations and promotion. After writing so much about our company’s sponge and EVA foam products, it has been well-received. As the editor of the EVA foam content, I’ve been thinking about what kind of articles and content would help everyone understand more, allowing our customers to better understand the processes, quality, and pricing of sponge and EVA foam products. This way, they won’t be misled or overcharged when purchasing.
Today, I’ll briefly share how to distinguish the quality of EVA foam:
Surface Appearance: EVA foam comes in A-grade, B-grade, and C-grade.A-grade: The surface is smoother, more delicate, and has a slight foamy smell, but it’s not noticeable unless you bring it close to your nose.B-grade: The surface may have some small pores, but it doesn’t affect its usability.C-grade: This has a stronger odor and more noticeable pores. The surface appears slightly grayish.
Quality and Price:Generally, A-grade has better quality, and thus, the price is higher. When choosing EVA foam materials, customers should select based on their actual usage, environment, and location. For example, for electronic products, A-grade is a better choice, while for outdoor protection, C-grade can be used. C-grade is the most affordable. The key is to choose the foam material that suits your needs best, not necessarily the most expensive option.
Pricing of EVA Foam:EVA foam pricing is typically calculated per square meter, with a price depending on the thickness (per mm). Different materials come in different sizes. For example, A-grade usually comes in 1m x 2m, while B-grade comes in sizes like 1m x 2m or 1m x 3m. Customers need to choose based on the size of the EVA foam after molding to avoid waste and save on costs. Thickness can also be customized according to the customer’s requirements, and we can communicate with the Fubo foam factory to achieve the desired thickness.
Colors of EVA Foam:The most common colors for EVA foam are black and white. Colored foam is also available, but it requires prior communication as it may not always be in stock and is not typically a standard material.
