Hello everyone! Today, as an EVA foam manufacturer, I’m following my leader's suggestion to learn how to create TikTok videos. Currently, TikTok's daily active users have surpassed 200 million. Many people have made substantial revenue through TikTok live-streaming and selling products. Given the current market situation, including factors like the pandemic and global conflicts, the market is quite uncertain. So, learning new things is always a good idea. However, there are a few challenges we're facing:
1. Customization of Products: Our EVA foam products are mostly custom-made based on customer requirements for packaging inserts. Each customer's packaging plan is different, so the inserts are not standardized, which means we don’t have a "standard product". Essentially, most of our products are ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) customized.
2. Lack of Standard Products and Our Competitive Edge: Since we don’t have a standardized product, the question arises: where is our advantage as a foam manufacturer? This is something we must highlight during our market promotion. In summary, we have a few key points:
・First, we are the source manufacturer. We handle everything from material foaming to cutting and processing, all in-house, and we also have our own sales team. We can provide a complete solution.
・Second, we have a specialized ODM design department. As long as customers share their ideas and concepts, we can turn those into reality.
・Third, our pricing is competitive because we are the factory, so our product prices are advantageous. We can ensure a gross profit margin of 20-30%. Our business is about long-term, steady growth, not just one-off sales.
